Chef Christine Kern brings a passion for cooking and culinary zeal to each and every meal at Potosi. Utilizing only the finest organic ingredients, Christine prepares meals featuring fresh fish and game dishes, as well as fresh baked breads and desserts. Christine sources select produce from Montana's finest organic gardens, and we grow our own organic herbs and greens during the summer months.

Dinners are delivered and served at your private cabin for an intimate dining experience. For the Resort Buyout, your group may opt for dinners served at the main lodge. During the summer months, we suggest dining al fresco on the front porch of your creek side cabin. Breakfast is served in our main lodge, where guests are seated at a large pine table with an expansive view of our beautiful mountain valley. Don't be surprised if a moose wanders by for a bit of morning entertainment! Hearty and fresh, picnic style, backpack lunches are prepared so that guests may bring them on their day's activities.

The menu you'll find here is just an example of some of the dishes we serve, and of course, Christine is happy to prepare meals according to individual needs. At Potosi, our passion for culinary excellence is just another way we transcend expectations.
